Not at all. Just have your device nearby and ready. Lily will handle everything. No setup needed on your end.
How does payment work? +
Payment is made in person at the end of each visit. Cash and check are welcome. Gift certificates are also available for family members to purchase.
What if my problem takes longer than expected? +
No rush. Lily works at your pace. If more time is needed, she'll let you know and you can decide together how to proceed. No pressure, no surprises.
Can I ask questions during the visit? +
Absolutely — that is the whole point! Ask as many questions as you like. Lily will answer every one, and write down the key steps so you have notes to keep.
What areas do you serve? +
Lily serves Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks, Roseville, Rancho Cordova, Rocklin, and surrounding Sacramento and Placer County areas. Not sure if your area is covered? Just give her a call and she'll let you know.
